How to Operate
1. Loosen the two bolts and remove cap square head of spindle is then uncovered.
2. On the square head apply the wrench as follows.
   (a) To open the valve. Turn the wrench clockwise through a right angle.
   (b) To close the valve. Turn the wrench anticlockwise through a right angle. Towards the end of turning, hammer end of wrench with hand so that it closes with a jerk.
3. Disengage the wrench. Insert the cap. the cap will not fit unless the arrow on cap indicates the open or shut positon of the valve correctly.
4. Bolt the cap using 2 bolts.

3. Valve gland in either open or shut position preventing accidental leakage from top.
4. Open or shut state of valve indicated on cap which can not be wrongly put.
